Yesterday I woke up bright and early and headed to another radio visit. My first stop was at 7 a.m. and the second was at 9 a.m. Both visits were in Portland, Oregon.
I sure wish that we had more time to sight see because I've heard that Multnomah Falls is quite beautiful. Following the two visits, I had a little time off so I went back to the hotel and laid down for a few hours to catch up on some much needed sleep.
After resting for a few hours, I met up with Shelley, Barry and Larry down in the lobby to head over to my Cricket appearance. It was another great turnout. We had quite a few people show up to hear me sing and get autographs. After my appearance, we were all starving, so we grabbed a bite to eat when we left Cricket and headed back to the bus.
I had a show last night at around 8 pm at The Ponderosa Club. The band and I did an hour set to a very responsive crowd. Once the show was done and I had signed autographs, I went to the bus and packed up some clothes to fly to Nashville. I called it a night shortly after that.
Shelley and I met in the lobby first thing this morning and headed to the Portland airport to catch our flight back to Nashville. The flights were on time, but our bags did not arrive with us. Hopefully they will get here soon. Well, I hope that you all had a great evening.. I hung out with friends tonight and now I'm back home getting ready for bed, so I will sign off for the night.
